Shipping & Returns
Tishiworld provides free shipping for the orders above Rs. 3000. For the orders below Rs. 3000, We charge Rs.100. We will deliver your order within 9 business days depending on the location. Please note that business days do not include Sundays and National Holidays. Further note that some Sarees on the website are "Made to Order", if it's in stock it will be shipped as mentioned above. If not, we will notify you about the expected time taken to deliver it. If you have received a damaged product, reach us via email@example.com or on what's app @7305672010 to tell us about your experience so that we can resolve your queries. We deliver your orders through our courier partners. Also you will receive SMS and e-mail notification about your order's delivery status. The package may be returned to us as undeliverable due to following reasons: 1) If the delivery address is incorrect/outdated. Please ensure that before placing an order you put the correct address details to avoid delivery hassles. To change the delivery address for future orders or add a new one, login and update your account information. 2) If there is nobody to receive the order during delivery. Our courier partner will make more than one attempt to deliver your order package. However, when nobody is available to accept it even after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.Please place a new order through our website if you would still like to purchase the item.
We value thoughtful shopping. We want you to experience a hassle-free shopping experience. Please do not compare a hand-made with a mill made product with the same quality parameters. Their characteristics are very different. If the product is defective OR received in damaged condition ,we will be happy to initiate the exchange but no refunds. We will ship the same product if available in stock or else you can select a new product as per your choice of similar cost . Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to help us understand why you want to exchange the product.Please ensure that your return request matches our eligibility criteria: 1)Washed, used and ironed products will not be eligible for exchangePlease make sure that the product tag and invoice is intact on the product 2)The exchange request will be considered only if it is made within 24 hours from the time of delivery.Any exchange request without proper packaging for damaged products will not be processed and exchange will not be processed against the request. 3) There will be no exchanges or refunds during sale events . 4) A video showing receipt of order and opening it from the package. We will not charge you if your exchange request meets the following conditions: 1) An incorrect order has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in your order confirmation email. 2) If the order you received has an unacceptable defect.In case your return does not match any of the above mentioned conditions, you have to bear the return shipping charges. CANCELLATION We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we will be unable to cancel the orders after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.Send us an e-mail on email@example.com to cancel any orders.
