How long is the order processing time?

Once the orders are placed, they are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

How do I make an exchange?

Exchange is possible only in the event the customer receives a damaged product. Please inform us about the defect, if any, within 2 days of delivery and the return should happen within 7 days after informing us about the defect otherwise we would not be able to help you with any kind of exchange/ refund or return whichever suitable. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost. No exchange or return on sale items. If the blouse piece has been removed from the saree by the customer or if the saree is sent with fall and pico service upon customer's request, it shall not be considered for exchange or return (no exceptions).
